Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Once you placed an order, you will receive an automatic mail from our secured system. Processing time usually takes 2­-3 business day.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Sunday – Thursday. We are sending the goods by expedited shipping service all around the world during working days – Sunday – Thursday.

Unfortunately, we are not able to be held responsible for delays in receiving the goods due to tax regulations and/or local tax fees.

International Shipping
We ship internationally! We try to process and dispatch every order within 2­3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Small packages and items valued under $300 will be shipped via Standard Registered Mail and usually take between 14 business days to be delivered. You can always upgrade to

Express Mail or courier at checkout, for an additional charge.

Larger packages and items valued more than $300 will be shipped via Express Mail. Express shipments are shipped either via EMS (Standard Express International Airmail). Packages shipped Express usually arrive within 3­-10* business days. is not responsible for any Customs or Import duties that may be charged to the recipient upon delivery of the order, or for any delays caused by Customs inspections.

To make sure your packages arrive on time, please be sure to input the correct mailing address at checkout. Deliveries to locations including South America and Africa may take longer than shipments to other countries.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e­mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2­3 business days after the order has been placed. The e­mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e­mail.

Returns & Repairs
If you are not completely satisfied with an Smooth N Beautiful purchase or gift for any reason, we offer a 14 days money back guarantee policy.

Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition, in its original packing, with all accessories, and the packing is undamaged.

We accept all returns just make sure to contact us in order to get a RMA number (return merchandise authorization).

Pack item/s in the original package or use a secure carton, make sure to enclose the packing slip or the receipt in the package.

We recommend using an insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost.

Please allow 2­-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

In case of a return we will credit your original form of payment. SmoothNBeautiful will not be held responsible for delays in receiving/ sending the goods due to tax regulations and/or local tax fees.
